Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Ivy City Co. pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to the email address associated with your order.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
